VacationRentalCompanies.com is a directory connecting travelers with professional vacation rental management companies. We do not facilitate bookings directly and are not a party to any rental agreements between travelers and agencies.

3. Agency Listings

Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, availability, and contact information. We reserve the right to remove any listing that is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of our quality standards.

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Partner Dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

VacationRentalCompanies.com is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from your interactions with agencies listed on our platform.
