Every claim is verified by a person
We don't auto-approve listings. A real reviewer checks each one before it earns the Verified badge.
Identity & ownership
When an agency claims its profile, we confirm the business is real and that the person claiming it is authorized to represent it — matching the company name, website, and contact details against public records.
Licensing & legitimacy
Where applicable, we review business licensing and professional management credentials. Only established companies that pass this manual review are marked "Verified" in the directory.
Ongoing oversight
Verification isn't one-and-done. If a listing's details change or a credible report comes in, we re-check the company and can remove the badge — or the listing — entirely.

Every page and form on this site is served over HTTPS with industry-standard TLS encryption, so the data you send — searches, messages, account details — can't be read in transit.
PCI-compliant payments
Agency subscriptions are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Card numbers go straight to Stripe — they are never stored on, or even passed through, our servers.
Minimal data, guarded access
We collect only what's needed to run the directory, store passwords as one-way hashes, and gate sensitive actions behind rate limiting and CSRF protection on every form.
Independent reviews
We don't run our own review system — what you read comes straight from Google.
We don't run our own review system or accept reviews submitted directly to us. Instead, we display ratings and reviews pulled straight from each agency's verified Google Business Profile. You're seeing the same independent, public feedback travelers leave on Google — neither the agency nor we can fabricate, edit, or selectively hide it.
Reviews sync automatically from Google, so the rating you see on a profile reflects that company's real, public reputation — not a curated highlight reel. If a company has no reviews yet, we say so rather than invent them.

Book with verified companies
Favor agencies showing the Verified badge — they've passed our manual review. Browse the directory and start with established, real businesses.
Never pay off-platform
Be wary of anyone who pushes you to pay by wire transfer, gift cards, or cryptocurrency, or to move the conversation to a private channel before you've confirmed the company is real.
If it's too cheap, slow down
Prices far below the market, high-pressure "book in the next hour" tactics, and listings copied from elsewhere are classic scam signals. Cross-check the company's website and phone number directly.

- ✓Use a credit card where possible — it gives you the strongest fraud protection.
- ✓Get the booking terms, cancellation policy, and a receipt in writing before you pay.

Report a listing or a scam
If a company looks fraudulent, a listing seems wrong, or someone contacted you with a suspicious offer, tell us. We review every report by hand and can suspend or remove a listing.
